Built for a bigger catalog

• Up to 80 products per day: add or update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, variants, metadata, and collection placement using your supplied product facts.
• Conversion-focused catalogs: refine titles, benefits-led descriptions, visuals, collection structure, and advertising catalog data to make products easier to understand and shop. We identify missing attributes and feed issues and prepare catalog assets for your advertising tools.
• Unlimited AI-generated images and animated videos: refresh product and promotional content throughout your active management service, with no per-generation fee.
• Storefront improvement: review product presentation and navigation, recommend conversion improvements, and implement agreed basic theme edits and supported storefront tests.

Everything in Growth management

• A 9-hour daily support window, with hours and time zone agreed at onboarding. This is shared-team availability, not nine hours of exclusive employee time.
• Collection preparation, corrections, organization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Advertising catalog preparation, basic theme edits, and agreed app and online payment integration setup.
• Product SEO metadata review, merchandising recommendations, weekly store health reviews, and monthly performance analysis.
• Customer-service triage, returns and exchange coordination using your approved procedures. Enterprise includes ticket handling without a numerical monthly cap within the agreed support schedule; response priorities are agreed at onboarding.

Your Enterprise website with a 12-month contract

The 12-month commitment totals US$6,000 in management fees. It includes one Digital Architecture — Enterprise Scale website build, normally offered separately at US$3,500, with no additional build fee. This replaces the Growth website offer and requires a 12-month commitment, not six months.

• Unlimited website pages and collections during the initial build, using the agreed theme and layout system.

• Payment and logistics integration setup through available third-party integrations.
• On-site SEO setup, a performance review, and unlimited AI website copy, images, and videos during the build.
• Go-live assistance, a dedicated 3-hour training session, and project coordination.
• An assigned team member for two months of post-launch website support, alongside management throughout your active contract.

The 1,500-product allowance applies to initial website setup. The separate 80-product daily allowance applies to ongoing management. Monthly service without the 12-month commitment does not include the Enterprise website build.

Clear scope, stronger execution

We agree priorities, delivery timing, support hours, integrations, and website requirements before work begins. Unlimited AI generation, pages, and collections do not mean instant delivery or unlimited custom development. Complex creative requests are scheduled separately from routine product updates.

You provide accurate product facts and suitable reference assets when needed, approve generated content, and authorize financial decisions. AI imagery should faithfully represent the actual products; no physical photography or filming service is included.

Shopify plan fees, paid themes, app subscriptions, domain fees, provider charges, and ad spend are separate. Paid campaign management, bespoke apps, custom API development, complex migrations, warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery are not included. Payment integrations depend on provider availability and approval.

Our catalog and storefront work is designed to support purchasing decisions and improve conversion opportunities, but sales growth, conversion increases, search rankings, and speed scores are not guaranteed.
