Storage is billed on a CBM (cubic meter) basis, starting at $27 per CBM. Your exact rate is scoped around your product type, packaging, monthly volume, and which hub you store in — no two clients run the same flat rate, since a pallet of skincare and a pallet of bulky retail goods use space very differently.

We run three active hubs: Jabal Ali, Dubai — our main warehouse hub and largest facility — plus Beirut, Lebanon and Amman, Jordan. All three run on the same CBM-based model, so you can store inventory in one hub or split it across multiple, depending on where your customers are.

$27 per CBM is our entry rate and the starting point for scoping, not a fixed number across every hub. Local handling costs, storage density, and service level (B2C pick-and-pack vs. B2B pallet-out) shift the final number, so we confirm your rate per hub once we know your product and volume.

Yes. Our hubs are built to run both in parallel — single-unit B2C pick-and-pack for direct-to-consumer orders, and palletized or bulk B2B fulfillment for wholesale and retail partners — often for the same client out of the same hub.

We measure the real footprint your inventory occupies on the shelf or pallet — length x width x height of your stored goods, converted to cubic meters — not the volume of your shipping boxes. We share exact measurements before onboarding so there are no surprises on your first invoice.

Yes. Many clients start in one hub and expand into a second as regional demand grows — for example, launching from Dubai and adding Beirut or Amman once order volume from that market justifies local stock. We handle the inter-hub transfer as part of the onboarding for the new location.

The base CBM rate covers warehousing and inventory holding. Pick-and-pack, kitting, branded packaging, and last-mile handoff are scoped separately based on your order profile, since a client shipping 50 orders a day has very different handling needs than one shipping 5,000.
