Logistics & Scale — Growth Scale
Keep your growing order flow organized, from warehouse handoff to returns follow-up. Growth Scale adds closer inventory oversight and exception coordination to our Starter logistics service, through one regional point of contact.
US$300 per month for logistics coordination. Storage, warehouse handling, and delivery are charged separately.
Regional partner network
- Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.
- Jal el Dib, Beirut, Lebanon.
- Amman, Jordan.
NothingConcepts coordinates with partner warehouses and third-party carriers; we do not own these facilities or delivery companies. Warehouse selection is agreed based on your requirements and partner availability. Regional access does not include free transfers between locations.
Everything in Starter, plus closer operational support
- Routine order handoff and warehouse-to-carrier dispatch coordination.
- Delivery-status follow-up and a monthly inventory and operations summary.
- Returns and exchanges coordination: arrange agreed handoffs and follow up with partners using your approved procedures. Physical returns handling and carrier charges remain separate.
- Weekly inventory reconciliation: compare available store and partner records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their investigation.
- Low-stock reporting: flag replenishment needs using the inventory information available.
- A named operations contact: coordinate delivery exceptions, stock issues, and agreed next actions.
Clear pricing and scope
Order allowances, exception workload, support availability, and additional-work charges are agreed in your service quote before onboarding. This is not unlimited fulfillment or a dedicated full-time employee.
Storage is quoted by location and occupied cubic meters (CBM). The partner rate quote confirms storage rates, billing periods, minimum charges, receiving, pick-and-pack, packaging, delivery, returns handling, and cross-border costs. No free storage allowance is included in this coordination package.
Store management, product updates, AI content, and advertising remain separate services. Shared tasks are scoped once when services are bundled. Delivery timelines depend on warehouse and carrier operations and are agreed separately.
More operational visibility, clearer returns coordination, and one team keeping partners aligned.
